Course Of Visit

With the purchase of a ticket or obligatory reservation, the guest concludes a contract that they will fully respect the stated rules of behavior. Furthermore, they confirm that they are aware of possible undesirable effects as a result of their presence in a non-standard environment and in case of health or other problems, they will contact our staff immediately.

Course of visit in the dark part:

Prior to entering, our personnel will ask the guests to leave their personal belongings in a portable box. Visitors will leave objects that are a source of light and could therefore affect operation of the restaurant, e.g. mobile telephones, watches, cameras etc...
Prior to entering the darkness, the visitor is informed about the number of a table and name of a waiter that will serve their meals. This information should be remembered because the guest moves only in the company of this waiter, calls him by name and turns to him in case of any requirements (order, collection of used porcelain, accompaniment to toilet or request to leave the premises because of smoking or not feeling well).
If the guest is allergic to a particular type of food, is it necessary to inform the staff in the light part of the restaurant.
Any handling of light and smoking are prohibited.
Handbags or other personal luggage must be left in areas under chairs so the staff can provide perfect service and without problems.
During the program production, it is not possible to leave the premises. Therefore, the guests are asked to make their last order or use the toilet before the beginning of the program.
Coffee is served in the bright part of the restaurant after the end of the program and consummation of the menus.
In case of uncertainties, the staff will explain everything to the guest.
